POLICIES
Booking
A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due before the event.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule with at least 7 days' notice (subject to availability).
Additional reschedules may require a new retainer.
Cancellations
Retainers are non-refundable because your date has been reserved.
If you've completed substantial pre-production work, additional fees may apply as outlined in your agreement.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround: 3-7 days for most projects.
Commercial projects: timeline provided in your proposal.
Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
Image Delivery
Final images are delivered through an online gallery.
RAW files are not included unless specifically negotiated.
Travel
Travel within your primary service area is included where stated.
Additional travel is quoted in advance.
