POLICIES

Booking

  • A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date.

  • The remaining balance is due before the event.

Rescheduling

  • One complimentary reschedule with at least 7 days' notice (subject to availability).

  • Additional reschedules may require a new retainer.

Cancellations

  • Retainers are non-refundable because your date has been reserved.

  • If you've completed substantial pre-production work, additional fees may apply as outlined in your agreement.

Turnaround

  • Standard turnaround: 3-7 days for most projects.

  • Commercial projects: timeline provided in your proposal.

  • Rush delivery is available as an add-on.

Image Delivery

  • Final images are delivered through an online gallery.

  • RAW files are not included unless specifically negotiated.

Travel

  • Travel within your primary service area is included where stated.

  • Additional travel is quoted in advance.
